#025 – The Temple Bar Cellar Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskey review from WhiskyJason

WhiskyJason reviews The Temple Bar Cellar Cask Irish Whiskey

This Temple Bar Cellar Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskey is only available at the Pub in Dublin and it is bottled at cask strength.

Traditionally distilled on copper pot stills and filled in bourbon barrels in 2004. The whiskey was allowed to mature for 12 years in the cellars of the Temple Bar in Dublin’s Dublin district.

Tom Cleary’s family has been around for decades and involved with the theme of whiskey and some barrels had decades ago already matured in the basements of their bars. So the step for Tom Cleary was obvious to also have his own Irish pub whiskey.
