Named after a Bicycle J.J. Corry invented, this first release The Gael took just about two years to develop. First excellent quality and very rare mature Irish Whiskey was sourced. Then each cask was classified into a particular flavour block. Finally a Classic Irish Whiskey was blended, one bursting with juicy fruit flavours.

The Gael has not spent any time on the Chapel Gate farm, rather it is the first attempt at beginning to express the house style of whiskey from Chapel Gate that they would like to make in the coming years, once their own stock is mature.

The first batch is only 7000 bottles.
